Our FREE Boardwalk All Levels yoga classes are making a comeback for seven Saturdays this summer! Join us from 8:30-9:30am starting 7/13 thru 8/24 for an uplifting All Levels yoga practice along the river on the Riverheath Boardwalk in front of Mr. Brews Taphouse. Did you know we also offer our weekday morning All Levels classes outside along the river per Mother Nature's mood and occasionally our Yoga Body Bootcamp classes too!? Our current Saturday 9am All Levels will remain at 9am through June 29th, but we will opt to be outside if weather allows. Use your punchcard, monthly unlimited, or purchase a $10 drop-in to enjoy these classes. Please stop by the studio, Suite 1200 in the Evergreen building, to check in for classes on dates that are not complimentary. ~ Namaste ~
Turn up the heat with this energizing, powering, detoxifying, and fun class! Created by Deborah Williamson, this High Intensity Interval Training class style combines the benefits of yoga with strength, resistance, and cardio to enhance your endurance and power ~ mentally & physically. Classes will be an express format maximized into 45 minutes. Lauren will also be sharing yoga, health, and inspirational focuses weekly to keep you shining from the inside out! Class limited to 14 participants, snatch your spot while you can! Cost: $100 for 10 classes. Registration & pre-payment required to reserve your spot with no refunds. To add a bit more fuel to your fire, registrants will be entered to win a 5 class punchcard with each class attended! This challenge will be led by Lauren Quella ~
