This mind-blowing workshop will catapult your yoga practice for the better in ways you would not believe! Discover how your body's bone structure affects your yoga practice and learn to tell the difference between tension (tight soft tissue) and compression (bones meeting bones creating tightness) enabling yourself to create more space and growth in yoga poses. We will discuss and include practicing poses to cover the eight joints where tension and compression can occur, including the three biggies: shoulders, hips, and spine. This workshop is an eye opener for experienced yogis as well as beginners.
